That’s why all our deliveries are serviced by multiple courier depending on your delivery service and location. Standard Delivery
Free delivery for all UK orders.
Monday to Friday, except bank holidays.
Please allow 5 working days for your delivery.
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days. Please allow additional time for deliveries over bank holidays, in particular Christmas and New Year.In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

Customs and Charges
Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.
Unfortunately, these charges are out of This is Sleep's hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
Trial
Here at This is Sleep we're offering a 100 night trial on all our mattresses. If you don't like it and want to return it in that time, we'll even pick it up for you - no questions asked!
Returns
Please note that all returns should be posted to the address below, along with a copy of your delivery note and a returns number, which must be obtained prior to returning your order:

Please email returns@thisissleep.co.uk to obtain a returns number prior to returning any goods.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to a 14 day cooling off period in which to return your purchase. You have the right to inspect the product and if after inspection you wish to return the product, please do so in its original packaging within 14 days, ensuring there is no damage to the product or its packaging. Used products cannot be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty. All goods will be inspected prior to a refund being issued.
Please note: we have the right to reduce the amount refunded for goods which show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
